Swiss-born Fabiola Eyholzer is an entrepreneur, thought leader and CEO of Just Leading Solutions LLC, a New York-based management consulting firm with a passion for lean/agile people solutions.

She is a senior executive with a long-standing international career in management consulting. She joined Just Leading Solutions after working as an executive coach and advisor for agile enterprises. International players in various industries seek her expertise in enterprise agility, HR, compensation and performance management, operations and processes, and strategy.
