About this Experience Report

With every project, we have a project lift-off. It is the opportunity for everyone on the development team and project community to gather together and draft the project charter. Too many teams are using retrospectives for repairing misunderstandings. I will share how effective Team chartering can avert misunderstandings and provide everyone with a common understanding and shared ownership of a project from the outset.
