Agile in the accountable world

A 45 minute Case Study by:

Kirsty Kearns

About this Case Study

Do you work within an agency environment? Are you tired of hearing about agile in an in-house environment? Before starting a project do you need to have financial agreements in place and have to work within those constraints?

Most often, when agile is discussed at conferences, the focus tends to be more about how in-house teams work. This creates a sense that agile is not for the rest of us mortals at agency environments.

This session is a case study of how Inviqa manages external client expectations on budget, scope and timescales for agile projects. If you work in an agency environment, like me, I hope you will leave this talk with a refreshed understanding of how to work with SCRUM and still be accountable to the client's time/budget.

We will cover:

  • What is accountability?
  • What is the role of the team in being accountable?
  • Where does accountability start?
  • Change management
  • Risks
  • Reporting
