About this Keynote

Things have been going well for Agile and it feels like it’s everywhere. Start ups, financial institutions and even governments are jumping on board the Agile bandwagon. They are in love with the promises that it bring. But many of them are struggling because they are looking for quick wins and silver bullets while forgetting that principles and people are at the core of Agile (and any approach) working well.

In this keynote, Emily will explore Agile in the real world, the ways in people are adopting Agile, what is working and what isn’t and why a healthy amount of pragmatism helps.
