About this Case Study
Being ethical in the way we do business is part of our DNA, and this applies to what the Co-op does with data. Our data governance team has been working in collaboration with the Open Data Institute (ODI) to develop a Co-op iteration of the ODI data ethics canvas. When applied to Co-op Digital’s agile projects, this tool will enable us to wrap 'just enough' governance around discoveries, alphas and betas to ensure we’re doing the right thing with data while still delivering value early.
In this session, you’ll find out more about how the team worked with the ODI to develop our data canvas, and how they’re engaging with digital colleagues to embed it as a practical tool for product and service design teams at the Co-op.
