About this Case Study

Too often, organisations who run 'agile' development processes still do all their research and user experience work up front, and then move into agile methodologies for development. At NHS Digital we've been making concerted efforts to make UX truly agile, using lean UX techniques and ensuring the team is truly one multidisciplinary team.
