Keeping the retrospective alive

Session type:
Case Study

Session duration:
45 minutes

Presented by:

Hannah McGarty

About this Case Study

One of the principles of the Agile Manifesto states “At regular intervals, the team reflects on how to become more effective, then tunes and adjusts its behaviour accordingly.” Retrospectives are a powerful tool for teams to inspect and adapt, but they can become repetitive and tedious. I will be discussing tried and tested ideas to make retrospectives engaging, fun and effective.
