About this Case Study
In this session we’ll look at how linguistics, neuroscience and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) can be used effectively in coaching and building high-performing agile teams.
We’ll take a quick dive into the history of NLP, its uses, techniques and its limitations in agile coaching. You’ll learn how approaches from NLP are being used in clean language and about exciting discoveries related to brain chemistry.
The session will include examples of how the structure of language can be analysed to reveal information hidden consciously and unconsciously, as well as how the language we use shapes what we believe is possible.
Wondering how we can build products faster, get towards T-shaped teams and improve product owner engagement? We’ll cover those things too with some language hacks and a collection of cool retrospective techniques.
