About this Hands-On

Join us for Post-it note wars and defeat Darth Vader armed only with a Sharpie.

What makes a good leader? What makes a bad one? Explore attributes of influential leaders in this fun and collaborative, fully hands-on workshop. This creative session invites you to translate deeper understanding of behaviour traits into leadership contexts.

This is for people interested in developing collaborative, open and effective behaviours, those embarking on their own personal ‘agile’ behaviour journey and anyone looking to develop leadership understanding.

You will explore and gain understanding around the interplay of behaviour attributes and how they influence a group and its effectiveness.

About the Speakers

Kylie Yearsley

Kylie is a passionate advocate of experiential learning. Anything you can say can be better understood if you give people the tools to experience it for themselves.

Having first gained a taste for agile in 2008 in the newspaper and online gaming and gambling industry, she now spends her time helping large, complex organisations understand the value of agility at a systemic level.

Judy Rees

Judy Rees is an author, consultant, trainer and coach based in London, but mostly working over the internet. She helps people who work apart to work together, better.

She teaches team members better ways to understand each other and to feel understood, so that creativity, collaboration and innovation can flourish. She also supports great-in-the-room trainers, facilitators and coaches to do their thing remotely.

She is the co-author of a bestselling book, Clean Language, which describes a precision inquiry toolkit that works especially well in complex systems. She coaches using this methodology, and teaches clean language to agile coaches and others, mostly online.
