About this Workshop
As most organisations start to progress with their digital journey, adopting agile methodologies and thinking in terms of products, we can start to lose sight of the fact that the organisations we work for usually exist to offer a service. Digital is just one channel and touchpoint that our users interact with.
In line with this, we’re starting to talk about service design more and the role is becoming part of our cross functional teams. Before we start talking about roles, though, what do we actually mean when we talk about a service?
In this interactive session, Kirsty will explore what a service looks like in different sorts of organisations and how you can start to think about the service experience, regardless of whether this role is in your organisation or not.
About the Speaker
Kirsty is a consultant facilitator and design thinker with a background working for leading B2B SaaS start-ups, enterprise software companies and consultancies in a variety of roles.
She is passionate about empowering teams and groups of people to creatively solve their problems and believes in democratising the tools and methodologies used by digital teams - everyone is welcome to join in!
