About this Tutorial

Are your team members fully engaged in the retrospective process? Do they skip the odd retro, because it won't make much difference anyway? Have you tried different activities in the past, but not really seen any benefit? Come and learn the theory behind good retro design and facilitation.

About the Speaker

Georgina left college thinking that she wanted to work with people, so naturally she read computer science at uni. After a few years as a front-end developer, Georgina saw an opportunity to be even more human-focused by moving into scrum mastery and coaching. Georgina's favourite part of the job is meeting design and facilitation, and finds retros the easiest and quickest way to implement any of the agile principles.
