About this Case Study
You can’t build a snowman with ice cubes, yet many organisations attempt to scale agile with similarly rigid raw materials. Imposition of scrum/SAFe is rife, but teams need to determine their own working pattern: like snowflakes, every team is unique. We’ll explore how scaling based on principles and values can create interconnecting snowflake teams that flourish. As long as the surrounding climate is receptive, the snowflakes won’t melt before you get to build a snowman.
