To accessibility … and beyond!

In this session, Stéphanie will start with accessibility, neurodiversity and digital capability, and will go beyond by looking at people’s context. She will introduce the concept of universal barriers, which shifts the focus from the individual to the barriers anyone can face, using her own personal experience of applying for the EU Settled status to illustrate inclusion issues.

She will give recommendations to deliver inclusive services and to improve your ways of working, so inclusion for your end users also start within your own Agile team.

This is a talk, it’s not an interactive session but there will be time to ask questions at the end.
