About the session
Theme: Customer centricity | Knowing your users
Somewhere in the buzzing grid of Agile City, a critical agile artefact has gone missing - the blueprint of customer value.
Without it, delivery pipelines jam, feedback loops break and the city’s digital pulse is faltering.
Professor Agile, the city’s chief architect, has disappeared - leaving only cryptic messages across the network.
Your team, the Agile Task Force, must track down the artefact before the city’s innovation systems collapse.
Participant takeaways:
- Continuous discovery - in a city powered by data and disruption, value isn’t a one-off insight; it’s a constant investigation
- Customer empathy - from start-up founders to end users on the subway, teams learn that customer understanding requires stepping into real-world perspectives and contexts
- Prioritisation and focus - not every signal in the noise matters; teams learn to isolate what truly drives impact from the city’s endless feed of “data distractions”
- Collaboration and feedback loops - Agile City runs on networks: teams must share intel, cross-connect insights and refine hypotheses through fast, transparent communication
