Let’s dive into how easily teams leap to AI as the answer before they’ve understood the question. 

In the rush of delivery, assumptions solidify fast, and AI can lock them into place and end up scaling the wrong problem or avoidable complexity when teams drop the critical questioning that makes Agile work. 

This talk argues that the most powerful move isn’t adopting or developing AI, but pausing to ask sharper, more provocative questions: What problem are we wanting to solve? For whose benefit? Who could be harmed? And crucially, do we even need AI here?

By challenging defaults and widening the frame, teams can avoid expensive missteps and build technology that genuinely serves the people it’s meant for.
