About the session

In this talk, we will be discussing the importance of embracing neurodiversity in the workplace and how it can benefit both the individual and the organisation. We will explore the strengths and perspectives that neurodivergent team members bring to the table, and how their inclusion can lead to increased creativity, problem-solving, and innovation.

However, we will also address the challenges that neurodivergent individuals may face in a traditional work environment and how organisations can create a more inclusive and supportive culture. By understanding and valuing neurodiversity, we can create a more diverse and successful team dynamic.

"Neurodiversity" is a word used to explain the unique ways people's brains work.
