About the session
Retrospectives are an opportunity for the team to inspect the last few weeks of work, and adapt appropriately with an aim of making incremental improvements to processes and ways of working. But, what inputs are you bringing into your retrospectives, if any? And how do you know for certain which areas need improving?
By utilising flow metrics you can gain an essential insight into exactly which questions to ask your team, and where best to target your improvements.
In this session, we'll cover the basics of flow metrics, how to implement them with your team and then how to bring them into your retrospectives to ensure the actions you take are the right ones and that your retrospectives overall become a powerful, supercharged tool for improvement.
- Introduction to the basics of flow metrics
- New ideas on how to facilitate retrospectives and drive improvements
