About the session

Note: this session runs for 120 minutes + 30 minutes for afternoon break.

During this highly interactive workshop, you will be introduced to the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and explore how it can be used to enhance your coaching practice.

Using LEGO® bricks and elements and a wee bit of imagination, you will be guided through a series of exercises designed to help you learn through play. By the end of the workshop, you will have an understanding of the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method and practical tools to apply in your own coaching.

The World Economic Forum listed ‘Creativity’ as one of the top five skills in growing demand by 2025. Yet too many people still consider themselves “not creative”. This can cause a real challenge when it comes to coaching which, by its very nature, is a creative process.
