Interviewing is like high-speed skiing on a steep snowy peak – it requires constant attention, constant course correction, and constant self-awareness. Our mind tries to cope with this stress by taking mental shortcuts, and unfortunately doing that smudges our interview with our prejudices and biases. Learn to better prepare for customer interviews and to direct your conversation without leading your participants, so that you can arrive at true actionable insights.
